Due to the nature of our products, all online sales are final.
Good Medicine does not accept returns or exchanges on supplements or consumable products purchased through our website once an order has been shipped.
In-Office Purchases Only
Products purchased in person at our clinic may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
· The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
· Proof of purchase is provided
Opened or used products are not eligible for return. All in-office returns are subject to review and approval at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Online Orders)
If your online order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@goodmedicinenhc.com and include:
· Your order number
· A brief description of the issue
· Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
